This Seminar will cover the following topics
• How a homeowner can immediately stop their foreclosure sale by filing for an emergency federal injunction.
• How a federal Chapter 13 bankruptcy can judicially lower a homeowner's payments and save their home from foreclosure.
• Multiple resources ; where and how a homeowner can find free help: local the SD housing collaborative, HUD, Hope and other non-profit help agencies.
• How a homeowner can determine if their loan has predatory lending violations.
• Why a forensic loan audit and document review can be invaluable to a homeowner in default.
• How a homeowner can request, obtain, and professionally review their title documents and demand loan documents from their lender.
• On what basis a homeowner can legally demand a mortgage modification from their lender.
• Understanding what a mortage loan rescission is, and how a homeowner who has been a victim of predatory lending and illegal debt collectrion practices, can use The TILA and RESPA* rights to demand it.
